A terrific vacation spot, with Sunday River Ski Resort two miles from our door, great golf courses, Grafton Notch State Park, a Water Park, canoing, hiking, snowboarding, restaurants, swimming, bicycling, sight seeing and photography opportunities. The condo is spacious with three bedrooms, 2 baths, 1750 sq. ft of living space. We have a living/dining room with cable TV and foosball table. It sleeps 10 comfortably. No need to go out after a day of fun, we have a full modern kitchen with eat-at bar, or eat at the dining table. Washer & dryer included. It's a great place where some can choose to watch the big screen TV at night, while others gather at the dining table to talk or play games. Large deck out back for grilling, or sitting if the weather is right.

There are numerous outdoor activities in the immediate vicinity. Ski at either Sunday River or Mt. Abrams. Snowmobile rentals and tours. The Bethel Big Adventure Center has Laser Tag, Rock Climbing, Simulate Ice Climb, Bowling, Video Games. Quaint little shops to browse through on Main Street.
