beautiful beach home

We had a lovely stay at this beach house. It was just right for the 2 of us, and also perfect when our children and grandchildren joined us. The house comes with lots of equipment for the beach so there is no need to bring chairs, umbrellas or beach toys.
The views from the porch and the upstairs deck are beautiful, although it would be nice if the upper deck had see through walls or slats.
The kitchen is set up with all that you might need and guests have been kind enough to leave some dry goods so they are there for you as well. It is nice that the house comes with plastic wrap, foil and paper towels so you don't have to bring them. They could use a bit more toilet paper for the week.
My only complaint, is that there are so many rules listed. Most of them are common sense, but I found it a turn off to have to go about the house looking to see if everything was in order upon arrival, and having to report what was broken. I also think that if one has to send a certified check for security it should be returned in kind. Of course the owner's check did not bounce, burt my would not have bounced either.
All in all, it was a great week, and perfect time to spend on LBI. By the way, if you are a sushi lover, close to the house is a sushi resturant called Tsuki. It is a branch of one of our favorite places in the city, and we were so pleasantly surprised to find it on LBI. Also great candy shop around the corner.
