A guest review says it all: 'Wonderful! Everything about this home is first class: the decor is first rate, the home extremely clean, and the pool and hot tub were the envy of every home around us, the very private beach is a few feet away! The top floor game room was quite a hit with our guests, too. We are spoiled and won't stay anywhere else! A+++++.' This professionally decorated & landscaped beach home offers panoramic views of the ocean, the marsh and is great for family reunions or a gathering of friends.

Hilton Head offers an array of activities. Water sports, boating, golf, tennis, fishing, biking, playgrounds, shopping, day trips to Savannah, Beaufort & Charleston are all offered here. Bradley Beach (located north of Palmetto Dunes and south of Port Royal) is conveniently located for all activities. Two parks are close by with outdoor grills, picnic tables and playgrounds. Bike ride to Shelter Cove or ride on the hard sand of the beach. The beach area is very quiet as if it were your own private beach making a peaceful day at the beach for you and the family. Body surf the waves or take a long peaceful walks to the south into the open folly area where you can see the birds of the marsh or head north along the beach by the private homes in the Port Royal Plantation. Summer months offer fireworks at Shelter Cove on Tuesday nights. Visit the famous lighthouse in Sea Pines Resort at Harbour Town or the Salty Dog at South Beach.

2nd & Third Floor Includes:: The 2nd Floor includes: a master bedroom suite with a sitting area & private oceanfront balcony, and 2 more bedrooms (1 - Queen, 1 - 2 Fulls) with private baths. The 3rd floor includes: a game room, with an oceanfront balcony and is equipped with a kitchen, breakfast bar, full size pool table and an entertainment center; two more bedrooms (1 - Queen, 1 - 2 Twins and Sleeper Sofa) and private baths; and a 2nd laundry area.

If you are looking for an exceptional vacation, this is the place to stay! Accommodations, amenities, location, service and views are unmatched.

Each morning of my stay, I enjoyed dolphins swimming by within 5 yards of the shoreline. The days were filled with seashell hunting (including sand dollars, star fish, shark's teeth), swimming in the ocean, lounging by the pool and walking along the beach. All of this in total peace and privacy.

Book with caution as a stay here could become addictive!
