About this property

superb villa of 350 m² + 200 m² of terraces overlooking the Atlas Mountains, just 17 km from the center of Marrakesh, 10 minutes from 3 golf courses (the Royal et al Madeen amelkis). It is built on a plot of 4000 m² very well equipped, it has a 15 x 6 swimming pool equipped with a heat pump. A caidal tent will allow you to relax and get together around a good mint tea. In the residence, which consists of 10 villas, is at your disposal a driving range as well as a clay tennis court. For you to enjoy stress free holiday with family or friends, a maid and cook is available from 9 am to 17 pm, six days out of 7 (The groceries are at your expense). You can rent a car to make your displacements or use Fadel which has a minibus 8 people, with whom we usually work, which can make you discover beautiful places around Marrakech. (Prices for excursions are to see him directly).
Our villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends, the place is very quiet and everything is carried out by our staff to return your pleasant stay.

Villa magnifique et prestations hautes gamme

Si vous recherchez une villa au calme et un personnel à disposition, (chauffeur,cuisinières,jardinier) très agréable, attentionné et discret vous serez séduit par cette location.La villa idéalement agencée à la fois moderne et authentique est très spacieuse et reposante.La piscine et le jardin sont vraiment magnifiques. Fadil est à votre disposition pour vous faire visiter Marrakech et ses environs; les cuisinières Sakina et Samira sont de véritables cordons bleus. Si vous souhaitez passer de superbes moments en famille ou entre amis en retrait de l'agitation de Marrakech c'est l'endroit rêvé. Frank et Nadia

Une somptueuse villa où on vous reçois comme à la maison (un grand MERCI à Sylvie,Fadel,Samira,El hassen et surtout surtout Saida pour votre gentillesse et disponibilité). Un cadre magnifique, joliment arboré et fleuri, aux senteurs enveloppantes. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et accès direct au jardin qui vous présente une très belle piscine privative avec sa superbe tente caîdale. SAIDA la cuisinière vous fera découvrir les mille et une saveurs à travers des produits (gros gros bisous de notre part à toi ma belle). Les repas, le service, le personnel 10/10. On se sent merveilleusement bien, parfait pour déconnecter quelques jours. En famille ou entre amis, la maison se prête au bien être. Je recommande, on ne peut être que à 100% satisfait.
