One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed; ;the other bedroom downstairs has three twin beds. The living room in the 'Great Room' upstairs has a fold-out queen hide-a-bed. Another living room downstairs has a futon that makes into a single bed.

Location: On the quiet West side of Santa Cruz, by West Cliff. You look over one rooftop to enjoy the ocean. Great bakery, coffee shop, and outdoor jazz up the street; a Safeway store, the best Italian (Ristorante Avanti) and Chinese (Omei) restaurants a half mile away, plus all restaurants on the water by the Pier.
In addition to its great view of the waves from on high, this new vacation rental has a wireless hot spot and/or DSL internet access, an outdoor hot tub (seats 4-5), two fireplaces (upstairs and downstairs), high-vaulted ceilings, a great sound system with 4 in-the-wall speakers and DVD player, granite countertops, and island with bar stools, a large dining table, and all new appliances. Walk West along the ocean 1/4 mile to Natural Bridges State Park, or East to the lighthouse and the Boardwalk of Santa Cruz. Enjoy TVs and DVD players in all 4 bedrooms. The house has 3 full baths with showers, 2 with tubs; an outdoor shower on the lower deck for surfers, and a large library of good books for non-surfers. Handicap-accessible, baby crib provided, plus a desk and plenty of jacks for DSL access, in addition to wireless.
Guest Book: Hello Dorothy, We had a fantastic time in Santa Cruz this summer! Your rental home was perfect for us. We really enjoyed it very much. It was beautiful! We loved the view of the ocean. It was a wonderful stay and I wish I was there right now.
