Included in weekly rental fee: All utilities, including Central Air Conditioning on both floors, phone and broadband/wireless Internet access (renter brings own computer) plus twice-weekly trash removal and full turnover housecleaning on check-out day. Renter must provide own, or can rent locally: 1) Bed sheets, bath and beach towels, 2) Baby equipment such as cribs, high chairs, strollers, 3) Recreational gear such as bicycles, kayaks. We are happy to assist you with planning your trip and with information about Martha's Vineyard.
