This Incredible property sits diagonally across from Hoyts Lane located directly in the village. What makes this property second to none is the location, large beautiful backyard with seasonal stream along with ample parking. This is one of the very few properties in the village with a large yard .

We are a two minute walk to the famous Bread & Roses in town and a five minute walk to one of New England's best beaches, The Main Beach. This home offers three levels of living with a large fourth bedroom on the third floor with four queen beds and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including Lobster tools for Maine's favorite.

One thing is for sure, if you are looking for a great location, fun on the beach, no stresses on where to park and convenience to everywhere, this is the spot!

Shopping: We are just twenty minutes to Kennebunkport, One hour to beautiful Freeport. Forty minutes to visit Portland Head Lighthouse and many, many shops in Portland. In an easy twenty minutes you'll be in shoppers paradise in Kittery.

Sunset cruises, Lighthouses, Sailing: You haven't vacationed until you go on a sunset cruise out of Perkins Cove in Ogunquit. Enjoy your favorite cocktails while watching the colorful sun go down. Lighthouse traditions. There are 67 working lighthouses in Maine. Make an appoint to visit one of the guardians of the sea and imagine the life of a lighthouse keeper.

Whale watching: Travel on one of the many boats out of Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, or Kennebunkport for Whale watching at its best. Be sure to keep your eyes out for the Dolphins

Great stay!

We had a great 2 week stay in this home. The kitchen is very well equipped as is the rest of the house.

The third floor bedroom with 4 queen sized beds was a great place for our 4 teenagers.

Location is fantastic. Excellent location for strolling to restaurants, shops and coffee/bakery/candy stores.
10 minute walk to the beautiful Ogunquit beach and Marginal Way.
We have staying in several places in Ogunquit and would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We stayed at the sister property which is right next door, but very similar to this one. The place is great, great value, Rich was a great help with any questions I had. And the location couldn't have been better. Being in the heart of the small town, and literally minutes from the beach and everything else in town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

WOW, Rich & Cindy, Your home in Ogunquit was/is beautiful!! it had everything that was needed to make the Ladies Weekend a success. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us, and within walking distance to everything. My Mother in Law was able to walk to the Beach and all of the little shops along the way.
Everyone commented on how Beautiful your Home was and relaxing, with the back deck and yard.Close enough to walk Marginal Way for most of us.
The Ladies are all asking if we are going to rent your place next year..if it's available!

Myself and 6 of my friends rented the Serenity house from Rich and Cindy. It was everything they said it would be. It was clean and neat, close to town, we did not need our car while in Ogunquit. I would definately recommend renting either of the two houses that Rich and Cindy own.

I would like to thank them for letting us rent their beautiful home and we would definately come back and rent from them again. They are very honest and I would trust them again.

we decided to spend our first anniversary in ogunquit.. we seen that this property was available and was hoping it was everything it said it was..when we arrived we were extremely happy..the place was very clean and welcoming..the location was incredible and I think the best thing of all was not worrying about parking...we were able to walk everywhere..we had an amazing night celebrating at MC perkins down in perkins cove..the second evening..we had our best friends over and brought them down to the main beach...it couldn't have been more than a five minute walk...we had a great dinner at old village Inn and we finished the evening off with a glass of wine by the warm fireplace...we want to sincerely thank you for making our first anniversary...one we will never forget...
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
