The beauty of Cape Cod Bay without having to cross the bridge. This lovely property is situated in an exclusive beachside community, with views of the Bay from all floors. Two minutes easy walk to a private sandy, child friendly beach. There are large decks on three sides of the property. The garden has attractive landscaping and a large lawn leading to the beach access. Exit 2 of Route 3 is less than 2 miles away. The village of Cedarville one mile away has 2 banks, a florist, cafes and restaurants, 2 hairdressers, a supermarket, a cvs, 2 gas stations and a new gym. There are 6 major golf courses within 10 minute drive.

There are many local attractions within a 10-minute drive of this lovely spot. Myles Standish State Forest, Plimoth Plantation, The Mayflower and many other historical attractions and museums are close by. The Cape Cod Canal is just 5 minutes away giving access to all the attractions that the Cape has to offer. A superb choice of golf courses abound. It is just a one-hour ride to Boston or Providence (there are airports in both of these cities). The bus connection to Historic Boston is just 5 minutes away while the train is just a 15-minute drive away. There are also bus connections to Providence or New York just a 10-minute drive away. It is just a half hour trip to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. And Connecticut Casinos are less than 2 hours away. The possible range of activities available locally is truly amazing. There are miles of bike trails (with bike rental facilities locally). Boats can be rented or chartered.
