Cozy, three bedroom, non-smoking house with two queen beds and two singles...171 feet of lake frontage. Enjoy the lake view from the new over sized deck. Deep cove perfect for swimming, fishing, and water-skiing. Pool table and mini-fridge in the detached garage. Boat launch approximately 200 yards away for easy boat access. Covered dock with swim ladder. Taxes are 12% for less than 10 days and 7% for more than 10 days according to the State of Georgia Taxes are paid through Hot Shot Tax Service

We provide an additional flier that can be emailed to families that are interested in our home. This flier has grown from 2 pages to 9 over the last 3 years. Every time someone has a question we add it to the flier in order to help future guests with other questions they may not have thought of. Please inquire from this website. Some highlights: There is a 20'x 25' detached Carriage House furnished with a futon, game table, TV, and a pool table. There is a 32'x16' party deck that overlooks the lake We re-decked the dock with a new floats, extended the sun deck and replaced the ladder We repainted the living room, hall and Kitchen. We installed hardwood floors in the Kitchen, living room and Hallway.
