Blue Lake Cottage is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking parkland and just a 5 minute drive from Joondalup City Centre and the Freeway to Perth. Close to shops and public transport with train station and bus stops nearby. There are two double rooms with Queen sized beds and a third with two singles. Bed linen and towels supplied on arrival. Kitchen, Lounge, Dining, Family Room, Laundry with washing machine, bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC. Comfortably furnished, all kitchen utensils. Garden: There is a covered entertainment/patio area with BBQ and six-seater garden setting - perfect for al fresco dining - overlooking a lawned garden with native flowers and trees affording ample shade on those hot, sunny days. Blue Lake Cottage is a strictly non-smoking house and no pets are permitted. It is air-conditioned and also has a log burner in the family room for the cooler winter evenings.

There is ample opportunity to fish from the beaches, rocks or charter boats, learn to scuba dive or snorkel locally. Joondalup Arena, with its indoor pools, flume, gym, tennis courts and oval is also a music venue. With Australia's No 1 golf course nearby at the prestigious Joondalup Resort, Hillarys Boat Harbour just 8 km to the south with its speciality shops, boutiques, restaurants, AQWA and night life and Mindarie Keys Boat Harbour even closer to the north, Blue Lake Cottage in Joondalup is the perfect holiday destination!

Bedroom 3 faces the back garden and is screened by a roller blind and drape curtains.
