"Hale Pohaikealoha - Home Encircled with Love

Kolea Villa 8A is one of the most convenient ground floor villas located directly across from the pool and ocean access.

It is only a short easy walk to shops and restaurants. This 1716 sq. ft. villa has a very spacious feel

and is decorated in a warm Hawaiian style. The 422 sq/ ft. lanai with mountain

and ocean views has cushioned seating for both dining and relaxing.

Kolea Villas are the most luxurious condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Nestled between the Marriott and the Hilton Hotels, this complex boasts the closest access to a large white sand beach. The Villas are located within a two minute walk through ancient Hawaiian fish ponds to the beach at Anaeho’omalu Bay (“A-Bay” for short) which is one of the most beautiful beaches along the Kohala coast. It is a vast stretch of sandy beach that is great for sun bathing, snorkeling as well as scheduling numerous ocean activities available through Ocean Sports right there on the beach. Activities include scuba diving, wind surfing, kite surfing, glass bottom boat rides, sail and snorkeling cruises, and sunset sailing.

Kolea guests also have complimentary use of lounge chairs and towels from Ocean Sports at the beach.

Not only do you have the beach so close, all of our guests also have full use of the Kolea Beach Club, which includes an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, whale watching, a natural lava rock hot tub, and children’s sand bottom pool with waterfall, open-air exercise room, and a full kitchen with outdoor dining tables. Complimentary beach towels are also available for your use at the Beach Club.

3 generations of of family enjoyed a great week together here. It is a beautiful, well furnished, well maintained, well located condo.
The short walk to the pool and beach is an added pluses.
We go to the Big Island every winter, and Kolea 8A will be our 1st choice if we need a 3 bedroom unit.

We had a wonderful time during our stay
at your house. Probably I spent most of
my time in the terrace watching the
colors of the sunset, feeling the wind
and trying to think in nothing.
After 7 days in Hawaii, now we probably
know better what to do and how to spend
better our time, but now is late since
we are back at home.

The property was fantastic. It was wonderfully
furnished and provided everything we could possible
need. Breakfast on the patio each morning and a
wonderful dinner one evening of fresh grilled fish was

Kolea 8A was a wonderful spot to relax with our family over Christmas holidays. We enjoyed the pool, the different beach activities and my husband and I were able to golf quite a bit. The location of the condo is superb and very nicely furnished. We truly enjoyed the accommodations and amenities. Bring your own snorkel gear, that was one item missing from the stash of beach toys. Thank you!
