Relax and enjoy your stay in this spacious, private and modern 3-bedroom Cape with a loft/rec room, a big deck (12'x25') and central A/C. With a view of Sand Pond in the rear, it is just four houses from the town beach on Sand Pond. Three carpeted bedrooms sleep 6 with a queen bed, a full bed and two extra-long twins (we provide sheets for twins, if needed). Living room is 27 feet long with hardwood flooring, TV and DVD. Second TV with DVD in loft. TV in master bedroom. The sunny kitchen overlooks the beautifully landscaped property. Washer/dryer. Two-car garage. Outdoor shower with changing area. Enjoy the Cape's cool breezes and barbecued meals on the deck.

Clean and extremely well equipped home

The owner was very helpful in accomodating us at the very last minute. The location right near the bike trail was a bonus. It was also a great spot for us to explore the Cape in all directions for our first time visit to the area.

Don't bother bringing beach chairs and equipment (like we did), the house has it all.

Also, the house was clean, it was not musty and the beds were comfortable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Very nice house - all the comforts of home. Clean. Great for families with young children. Location is centralized (via car) to all towns and beaches. WIFI, TIVO, big rooms kept in great condition. Owner great to deal with. Had a great time and may consider next year.

Our Family Vacation July, 2008

Our family had a wonderful time spending a week at this vacation property. The house is beautiful. The deck is very large and overlooks a well-kept yard. The living room on the first floor is very large as well. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an attached full bathroom. Both are in excellent conition. The master bedroom also has a very large walk-in closet for plenty of storage. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, another full bathroom and an office/den, which my husband used to work as he has his own company when we stayed there. There is also a half bath off of the kitchen which is very convenient. The area is wonderful. There are many restaurants shops and beaches near by. There is a bike trail also near by which we used for walking daily. The schoolhouse home made ice cream shop is just a short drive away with delicious home made ice cream. We were just a short drive to Dennisport, Hyannis and even went to Yarmouth one day. The owner was great to deal with.
