We promise your stay will be everything you would expect from a high-end vacation rental! This is an incredible, modern, luxury condo located in the convenient West End area of Provincetown. The condo is close to everything, but tucked away on a quiet lot amidst lush gardens, heated pool and hot tub. Located on the ground floor, this condo overlooks the pool via the floor to ceiling picture windows. Recently renovated, this condo has been freshly painted and boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cherry-wood cabinets and high-end stainless appliances including Bosch dishwasher, marvel wine storage, GE side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice and commercial gas oven. All three bedrooms are appointed with down comforters and luxury hotel quality linens. The master suite has a king bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms share the second full bathroom and have individual access.

West End Provincetown is the only place to stay! We are located close to bike rentals, stores, fine dining, night life and of course the beach. But far enough away from the hustle and bustle of commercial street and the traffic of Bradford street to allow you a peaceful nap by the pool or catch up on your rending in the gardens! Although you don't need a car once you arrive one assigned parking space and guest parking spots on a first come first served basis. However, we are a short cab ride form the Provincetown airport or take the ferry from Boston. The property address is: 15 Cottage Street, Provincetown, MA 02657

The master retreat is complete with king bed, separate sitting area and luxurious bath jetted tub, separate shower, toilet and bidet. A second bedroom complete with a queen bed overlooks the heated pool and has a private entrance as well. The third bedroom with a queen bed has a bay window overlooking the gardens and large private deck for sunning and alfresco dining. All bedrooms have TV/VCR and air-conditioning. Kensington Gardens has been transformed into 9 luxury condos with beautiful gardens, sunning decks, a large heated pool, a solarium with sauna and hot tub, bike rack as well private parking for cars and guest parking.

Such a FANTASTIC place to stay in Provincetown! I have been going there for the past 10 years, and never has there been a more relaxing, and enjoyable space. The interiors are just beautiful, and very comfortable beds & linens. I can't wait to get back! Thanks Drew & Kelly for such a wonderful time!
