This wonderful family home on Moody Point in Wells has 4 large bedrooms, 3 with ocean views. The home is beautifully decorated & includes original art work. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private deck. The sun porch overlooks the pool (heated by a state-of-the-art solar powered system), and the expansive Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and salt water marsh lands. The extensive backyard extends all the way to the Refuge and is a perfect location for croquet and soccer. A patio makes a great location for fun family activities including basketball or hockey. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a second kitchen downstairs for easy entertaining as well as a brand-new gas grill outside. The home includes a central music system. Bring your lap-top computer and use the wireless internet connection. Easy walk to Crescent Beach and Moody Beach. The Wells trolley runs nearby on a regular basis. Easy access to all southern Maine coast, including Ogunquit & Kennebunkport.

Beautiful marsh views: The property runs all the way to the marsh in the back. There is also a basketball/sports court for your use in the backyard. A croquet set is available as well.

Swimming pool: When the weather is not conducive to the beach or you want to cool off after a hot day, relax in the beautiful in-ground pool. Weekly maintenance included in rental. Pool toys available.
