This house was built in 2000 and is located in a quiet cul de sac on a nice estate approximately 2 miles from Sittingbourne town centre. The house is very light & airy inside. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower/wc, and one single bedroom. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave oven & filter coffee maker. The large lounge/diner has SKY TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo, Wi-fi router & telephone. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the lawned garden with patio furniture and a trampoline. The garden is completely enclosed and thus perfect for families with young children. The house has it's own garage to the side & parking for 2 cars. The rental price includes ALL BILLS. Bed linen & towels are provided and we also include essentials such as tea/coffee supplies and toilet rolls. Sittingbourne is a good place to base yourself for visiting other parts of Kent, London or even popping over to France.

Nearest Train: Sittingbourne at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: M2 J5 at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 15 Kilometres

Sittingbourne is located close to the North Kent coast, approximately half way between London & Dover. There are good road & rail links to London & the coast with trains running twice hourly and a journey time of one hour into London Victoria or to Dover in the opposite direction. The M2 motorway (J5) is 5 minutes drive away and M20 (J7) 10 minutes drive. Canterbury is approximately 25 minutes away by car or train and Ashford International station is 30 minutes away in case you feel like popping over to Paris or Brussels for the day on Eurostar. The port of Dover and the Channel Tunnel are both about 45 minutes drive away. Maidstone is 15 minutes away by car and Bluewater shopping centre about 25 minutes. With the new road bridge just opened, the journey time to the beaches at Sheerness or MInster is now only 10 minutes.
