This spacious and expertly decorated, four bedroom, three bath home has a large and beautiful heated pool and separate hot tub. This wonderful, one-level home is within an easy three-minute walk to the beach. It was completely renovated with new tile floors, carpet, new kitchen and much more. There are two master suites and two guest rooms with shared bath. Large, open, combined living room (with a 42' wide screen HD TV), dining room and kitchen. Private and spacious back yard with plenty of decking surrounding the new pool and hot tub; elevated flagstone patio for dining. Walk or bike to all the amenities that Coligny Plaza has to offer.

THis home was the perfect backdrop for one of the best vacations I've ever had. It was the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had plenty of space. The home had everything we needed and the location couldn't have been better. The pool and backyard were great. The short walk to the beach was wonderful, especially considering we were carrying a stroller and two wagons full of little ones under three and all their beach toys. We would love to make this an annual trip and would HIGHLY recommend this property.
