This comfortable and sunny townhome offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each bedroom includes a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There are 2 private decks accessible from the dining area (first floor deck) and one of the bedrooms (second floor deck). The townhome also includes wireless internet access, air-conditioning, parking and a beautifully-maintained and quiet common garden area with garden furniture, sun or shade and a fountain. There is a view of the garden from the living room and the second floor deck. The townhouse offers a serene and quiet location but it is only a few minutes walking distance from the center of town.

The condo was very nice and in a good location. It is about a 10 minute walk from downtown and a few minute drive from the best beaches. There was only 1 parking spot and no hints of where to park the 2nd car. It was a bit tricky finding that 2nd spot but once we did, we didn't move that car all week so it was fine. The decks off the condo were great and private but we really wished there was a gas grill downstairs on or near the deck. It has the perfect set up for grilling and hanging out so we did miss that. Also the bathtub upstairs didn't drain, we tried to plunge it but it didn't work so we all took showers downstairs...thank goodness for the 2nd full bath! Overall I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
Owner's Response: We appreciate the reviewer's recommendation and comments and found them very helpful. Regarding the bathtub drain, it has now been fixed. We would also like to clarify that each townhome has only one assigned parking space. We are glad that the renters enjoyed their stay in our beloved P-town and hope they will return next year.
