Light-filled contemporary cape on large open lot on cul-de-sac. Master bedroom with queen and bath upstairs and another bedroom with bunk beds and a twin sofa bed. Bedroom with two twin beds down. Screened porch off kitchen. Hardwood floors, tile and beautiful furnishings. Large library with a book for everyone. Original art work and stunning mural. Kitchen and bath recently remodeled with high-end appliances and fixtures. Granite countertops in kitchen. Bike or walk to South Beach and Edgartown. House on a quiet cul-de-sac. New HDTV. Here is a comment from a July, 2006 renter: 'Hi John: Where do I begin!!!! We LOVE your house......and yes we want to come back next year same time frame. Loved the bathroom colors...loved the flat screen TV...... One day we had a whiffle ball game in your huge yard and everyday I would watch the yellow finches feed at the bird feeder..... '

Read a book from the house's extensive library, play frisbee and croquet on the lawn, go to the beach for swimming or surf casting, bike on the bike path, play tennis on nearby courts, watch the airplanes land on America's most-famous grass field from the restaurant at Katama airfield, bike to Chappy and see the Cape Poque light, Wasque and My-toi gardens, go out to Chilmark flea market and have hunch at Menemsha and see the cliffs at Gay Head.
