This house, Seamont, has a stunning and secluded location at 17 Columbus Avenue on Long Pond with magnificent views of the pond, nearby moors, and the ocean. Sunsets are spectacular. The lower level has three bedrooms (one room with a double bed, two rooms with two twin beds), two full baths, laundry facilities, and a sliding door exit to the outside yard. The middle floor, reached from the front entrance, has a large living room with a brick fireplace. Straight ahead beyond the foyer, stairs, and half-bath is the dining area, and to the left are the kitchen and breakfast areas. The huge elevated deck runs the full length of the house off the dining/living/dinette room areas and has incomparable views of pond, moors, and ocean. The top floor is a spacious master bedroom suite (queen bed) with fabulous views from its own private deck, a sleeper sofa nook, and a full bathroom. A beautiful ocean beach is just a half mile away.
