Charming cottage, close to everything, on owner's property but private and apart. Newly rennovated bath with large sliding door shower area. Twin beds in bedroom with A.C, cable TV, Internet access. Outdoor grill and picnic table, secure storage of bikes and kayak in adjacent shed. Walk to Village for morning paper and coffee. Walk to fresh water swimming. Bike to ocean swimming at the National Seashore's wonderful Nauset Beach. With 'deeded rights', walk to 'The River' for water views with your morning coffee. Put your kayak in at Town Cove Landing, minutes away, and head to Nauset Inlet. Near to the bike trail, walking paths at Little Pleasant Bay, repertory theatre at the Academy Playhouse, and all that is offered in both the Centers of East Orleans and Orleans proper.

Also near to biking Cape Cod's Rail Trail, fly fishing the stocked freshwater lakes, or heading out for ocean bass and blues - Orleans has it all - and it's just a short trip in either direction to neighboring Brewster's National Scenic Highway for antiquing, Chatham's renowned Main Street for shopping, and the varied attractions of the Outer Cape stretching from here through Eastham, Wellfleet, and Truro, all the way to Provincetown to experience nature's breathtaking vistas, dunes, beaches, and assorted National Seashore treasures.
