Beautiful 7 Room, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath in Historical Bluefields. Built in 1952, this home has all original hardwoods and large rooms for entertaining or relaxing. Outside you will find a relaxing retreat under the sycamore tree with a built in fireplace. Whether you are staying for work or bringing the family to visit Music City this is the perfect getaway. 7 miles from downtown Nashville and less then 3 miles from the Airport.

Just like home

A wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to attractions. The house was filled with activities and Nashville and Churchill Downs memorabilia. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful property!

This was the perfect rental for our return to our hometown in Donelson. Bluefields has always been a beautiful neighborhood. We had a wonderful time in this large, comfortable property. Kellie was a great host!

Great listing!

Kellie was very easy to communicate with. My family loved staying at the property. It was a short drive to restaurants and grocery store. Easy Uber ride down to music row. Definitely would stay again!

Truly a great experience

Wonderful property that was close to everything we wanted to see/do. All of the musical instruments were a BIG hit with everyone. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

Family get together

My two sisters and all of our spouses met up in Nashville for a long weekend get-together. The house was perfect for us! We always do our own cooking and the necessary supplies were all there. It was close enough to downtown that an Uber wasn't too expensive. We would stay there again!

Our House is close to everything! You can be downtown in 10 minutes to enjoy all the hustle and bustle of the music and lights but when you are ready for a break you can relax in our homey comfortable space. Large comfortable couches, large dining room for eating or playing one of the many games provided on the nights you just want to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen not just the basics.

What makes this property unique

Fantastic outdoor fireplace and heaters for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. While I am a property manager I raised 4 kids in this home and know and love the area. I live local and am always available to answer your questions or to give recommendations for your stay whether it be what to do or where to eat.
