The Isaac Bea Young 1840 House is located across the street from the Chatham A's Baseball Park. Location is just one nice thing this home has to offer. On Main Street it is one of the few homes that has unexpected waterviews. This lovely estate has a very large garden area with old growth trees and perennial gardens everywhere. 2/10ths of a mile from the Childrens beach and 9/10th from the lighthouse. You will be close to everything happening in Chatham if you stay here. The home was formally the Isaac Bea Young Gallery with lovely pumpkin wide pine floors,antiques and original art to grace the walls, this is not an ordinary summer rental. It is a local historical home that has been lovingly restored and shared with many special visitors. For the summer season of 2010, I am looking to rent for the summer season. The rent for the week is $2000 but willing to negotiate a reasonable rent for the entire summer if you call early. Book early to get what you want.

Chatham is a seaside community that has held onto the charm of Old Cape Cod. Surrounded three sides by water, Chatham is located on the elbow of Cape Cod. From this location you are steps from the ballfield where the Chatham A's play, beach 2/10, lighthouse 9/10, shopping 2/10, museums, banks, restaurants, live theatre, all a short walk. This is a very popular rental for its charm and 'in town' location.
