* Balley Hai * Outstanding Beach Home located on a cul-de-sac near 7 milepost in Kill Devil Hills , a short 2-3 minute walk to beach. Close to beach, shopping, movie theatres, Wright Brothers Memorial, restaurants.

The upper level offers spacious living/dining/kitchen area, half bath, covered deck, and sun deck. On the Mid Level you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 covered decks. On the Ground Level there are 2 bedrooms, game room w/Foosball table, wet bar with refrigerator and microwave, 1 full bath, and Hot Tub in screen porch.

Amenities: Wireless Internet, Linens and towels provided, Private pool (12x25), Hot Tub, CAC & heat, gas fireplace (off season), washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, phone w/answering machine, 7 CATVs, 3 VCRs, 2 DVDs, 2 stereos w/CD players, VCR/DVD library, basketball goal, volleyball net, covered decks, sun deck, deck & pool furniture, horse shoe area, porch swing, hammock, grill. Pool open May 10 - October 18. No Pets. No smoking.

Balley Hai is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, between the beach road and the bypass near the 7 milepost. Only 3 lots off the oceanfront, it is a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach.

The house has an outside closet with plenty of beach toys, at least 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella. There are also lots of pool toys, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, beach balls, badminton equipment.

The beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina has been a favorite vacation spot for decades. Swim in the Atlantic Ocean or on the sound side. The fishing is the best on the East Coast. The area is family friendly with lots of activities like miniature golf, movie theatres, go-carts, amusement parks, etc.

Nearby is the Wright Brothers Memorial and museum. Jockey's Ridge State Park contains the largest sand dune on the East Coast. In nearby Manteo, 'The Lost Colony' outdoor drama, playing nightly during the summer, is on the grounds of Fort Raleigh National Park, the site of the first English colony. The North Carolina Aquarium is also located in Manteo. Lighthouses are a short drive to the north and south.

Terrific location. Large, comfortable house near the beach and grocery store. Great for a large family. Easy in and out for cars. Walking distance to the beach. Only drawback is for folks that can't climb all the stairs because living area on 3rd story. Otherwise, wonderful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
