Abby’s Place is nestled on an acre of land, 1½ blocks off of Main Street. Peaceful retreat minutes from heart of downtown. Suites 1, 2 & 3 are adjoining spaces. Rented together, it sleeps 12. Each suite has separate bedroom & separate living areas with new queen sofa sleepers. Antique furniture throughout. Suite 3 bedroom has a king size bed with a 55" flat screen. Suite 3 living area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, a love seat, recliner, gas fireplace, and 65” flat screen television. Suite 3 also has an exercise area, sofa and other seating on the enclosed porch room. The large kitchen has lots of counter space, a double oven & a dining area with seating for16. Back patio features propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, windmill and room for a game of horseshoes.

We do not offer breakfast on premise. Instead, we follow the current practices of most BnB's in Fredericksburg and provide coffee, tea, water and snacks (including breakfast pasteries) in each suite.
