This is an oceanfront three bedroom, two and a half bath home on a shared private beach with sweeping views. The Commodore House was built in 2004 perched on pilings over the dunes. This new home can accommodate one or two families of four with all the contemporary conveniences. The first floor living room, kitchen and dining areas open floor plan take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. Multiple sliding glass doors with floor-to-ceiling views open up from the living room to a walk-out deck. The living room features a gas fireplace. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full baths and includes a washer and dryer closet. The master bedroom has one king bed, private bath with shower and private balcony with sweeping ocean views. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single day bed while the other has one set of bunk beds and a double bed for the kids. This house was built with central heating and air-conditioning.

Resort Amenities: This house is owned and operated by the Corsair & Cross Rip Oceanfront Resort. It sits on a three acre facility on the beach. The resort rents two three bedroom homes and two four bedroom homes along with 50 room accommodations. The facilities include a recreation building with indoor pool and game room along with two outdoor pools and whirlpools. Guest of the houses have complete access to the resort facilities..

Notes: Master bedroom has one king bed, private shower and bath and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The Guest bedroom has one queen bed and a single day bed for a child and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The kids bedroom has a bunkbed set and a double bed (can be used for a couple). Washer and Dryer is on bedroom level next to full bath on second floor. There is a gas fireplace is in the living area next to the double slider doors that open to the first floor ocean deck. The deck includes beach access, umbrella table and gas grill. Also included are 3 cable TVs with vcr/dvd players for living area, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Indoor pool is across the road while the outdoor pools and whirlpool are on the beach side of the road. Rental guests have full use of facilities offered to hotel guests. Concierge services available at front desk. We are a family resort and cater to families and couples

Our Dream Wedding

On November 10, 2012, we joined our hearts and hands forever. In 2011, we got engaged on this beach. And now again, the house was transformed into this beautiful venue for our wedding day. With our family and friends by our side, we stood on the deck and pledged our love to each other. Food, family, friends and the beauty of the beach made this a day we will never forget! This is a special place and will always be our dream. Thank you Mark and all the staff of the Corsair & Cross Rip who have made this place "home" for us every year!

Great Vacation

We come from PA, FL and MA for a family week vacation. Some of us stayed in the hotel, and my sister rented the Commodore House for the week. It was the gathering place for the family and what a great week. We ate and shopped but mostly we were on the beach in front of the house. Nice beach, very clean and great for the kids. The two pools, as well as the indoor pool served as breaks from the hot sun. The house is open and breezy and very comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and very informative with suggestions on where we should have a one big seafood meal on Cape Cod. The whole family agreed that we should do this gathering maybe every year! Thank you!

Summertime Retreat

This place is absolutely breathtaking! A dream come true. This house sits right
on the beach....and because it belongs to a hotel...you have access to pools (one indoor), a recreation room...and a private beach. The view from the master bedroom and balcony left me speechless. A sight to see. My family was able to eat all at once in the spacious dining area....the house has an open concept first floor...so everyone was able to be together. And outdoor shower and hot tub were definite a plus. Thank you
to the staff...you made it so easy to want to come back...and we will!

Great! The house was a perfect venue for our reunion...we had a wonderful time. Old friends for fifty years home together in the ocean front house for cocktails, meals, fun and friendship...great place...great view and a great time. The accomodations and staff were wonderful...I would love to return...maybe in warmer weather!

The moment we walked into the house and saw the view from the living room we said "This is all we need!" Then we saw the view from the masterbedroom. It was magnificent. It was great having the use of the hotels pools especially the heated inside pool as it was chilly the week we were there.
The house comfortable housed 7 of us including 2 small children. There was a walkway off the deck right to the beach.
The only downside was having to wash the linens before a 10 check-out. That should be included in the rental fee but isn't. Makes for a hectic morning.
Overall a fabulous place. We would definately rent again. Beth
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
