This is an oceanfront three bedroom, two and a half bath home on a private beach with sweeping views. The Commodore House has just been built! Perched on pilings over the dunes, this brand new home can accommodate one or two families of four with all the contemporary conveniences. The first floor living room, kitchen and dining areas open floor plan take maximum advantage of the spectacular views. Multiple sliding glass doors with floor-to-ceiling views open up from the living room to a walk-out deck. The living room features a gas fireplace. The second floor has three bedrooms, two full baths and includes a washer and dryer closet. The master bedroom has one king bed, private bath with shower and private balcony with sweeping ocean views. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single day bed while the other has one set of bunk beds and a double bed for the kids. This house was built with central heating and air-conditioning. Use of Corsair and Cross Rip hotel facilities is included.

The Commodore House sits among the Corsair & Cross Rip Ocean Front Facilities. You have full use of their indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpools and recreation building with kids game room. Close by enjoy island cruises, sightseeing cruises, whale and seal watch, jet skiing, parasailing. We are two miles from the Capes longest and best bike trail - "the Rail Trail".

Notes: Master bedroom has one king bed, private shower and bath and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The Guest bedroom has one queen bed and a single day bed for a child and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The kids bedroom has a bunkbed set and a double bed (can be used for a couple). Washer and Dryer is on bedroom level next to full bath on second floor. There is a gas fireplace is in the living area next to the double slider doors that open to the first floor ocean deck. The deck includes beach access, umbrella table and gas grill. Also included are 3 cable TVs with vcr/dvd players for living area, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Hotel indoor pool is behind house and hotel beach, outdoor pools and whirlpools are across the street. Rental guests have full use of facilities offered to hotel guests. Concierge services available at front desk. We are a family resort and cater to families and couples

The moment we walked into the house and saw the view from the living room we said "This is all we need!" Then we saw the view from the masterbedroom. It was magnificent. It was great having the use of the hotels pools especially the heated inside pool as it was chilly the week we were there.
The house comfortable housed 7 of us including 2 small children. There was a walkway off the deck right to the beach.
The only downside was having to wash the linens before a 10 check-out. That should be included in the rental fee but isn't. Makes for a hectic morning.
Overall a fabulous place. We would definately rent again. Beth
