This beautifully decorated townhouse unit is located across the street from the beach in the quiet southern end of Beach Haven. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the soothing Atlantic ocean from both levels. The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and sleeps 8. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room, family room, garage, shower with dressing room and 4 decks. It is decorated with contemporary furnishings, ceramic tiles and carpeting. Eight beach badges are available for your use in the unit. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath; the second bedroom has a double bed and access door to a full bathroom; the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The living room has a sofa sleeper and the family room has a double futon and trundle bed.

Great Place to Relax, Recharge and Enjoy!!!

Hi Lorraine!
I am home here in Brooklyn busy unpacking my car. I never realized how much one needs to bring to a beach house.
I wanted you to know that your lovely home provided my family and myself with 2 glorious weeks of rest and relaxation. We were so pleased with this opportunity for our family vacation. We have all become so mellow and relaxed.
Here are some points we especially enjoyed:
It's location so close to the beach
The beach passes
The fabulous views from the front decks
The restful back decks with great sunsets
The well equipped kitchen
The sunny and cherry environment of the interior of the house
Ample sleeping facilities
Great access to wifi, DVR, TV's etc....
Closeness to the park, bike rentals and town
The air-conditioning
The outdoor shower
The Weber grill
Use of the garage
Laundry facilities
The backyard clothesline
It was so nice to meet your son-in-law Ken. I'm so sorry that we never got the chance to see one another! Thanks so much for helping alleviate our medical fears when my grandson spiked a high fever. (My tears made my kids stay longer as Leo got better.) Good to know there are medical facilities nearby.

I would like you to know that I am very interested in reserving 2 weeks again for the summer of 2010. I will have to take a look at my work calendar and see if the same 2 weeks will work out. I will want to rent the south unit again 2408 Bay Avenue.
I am also interested in finding out about your other 3 larger units on Joshua, Caroline and Nelson.
I guess I have become an LBI junky!!!
