Spectacular 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath reverse living home, just 4 houses to the beach, located on a one block long, dead end street in the serene Holgate Section of Long Beach Island. This beautiful mint condition home sleeps 10 and is decorated with a touch of soft pastels and a tropical island flair. There are ceramic tiles throughout the home. The house is fully equipped and has all amenities. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed with its own bath and an adjoining deck; the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and deck and the 2 additional bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper located in the living room. Ten beach badges are available for your use. Owner is a disclosed licensed NJ State Real Estate Salesperson. Enjoy the panoramic views of the refreshing Atlantic Ocean and soothing bay from the large open living area and decks.

Best House in Holgate

This house is incredible. The kitchen is amazing . Very clean and up to date. The owners are friendly and wonderful people. I 've rented other homes in Holgate but nothing compares in amenities and comfort to this property and the other 4 properties that the is owned by this couple.
Joshua Ave is the perfect street for families with children,it has very little traffic,dead end.Easy access to beach
