The Farmhouse is a delightful cottage situated on the edge of the town of Newent, only eight miles from Gloucester and Ross-on-Wye. This cottage sleeps ten people and has four bedrooms consisting of two family bedrooms with a double and single bed, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ, a shared outdoor heated swimming pool and a shared tennis court. There is plenty to see and do nearby, which makes The Farmhouse a perfect holiday home for young and old alike.
Newent is a market town within the Vale of Leadon and boasts an Old Market Hall, pubs, tea rooms, restaurants and shops. The Royal Forest of Dean is close by and the city of Gloucester is bound to please. Other attractions and places to visit include Ross-on-Wye, Hay-on-Wye and the Brecon Beacons National Park.
