Great Value - Large Families may have their own Apts yet be together at one home

Watch the sunrise over the ocean without leaving your apt. Listen to the ocean from 3 story, 1900 era home once used by Fitzgerald/Kennedy Family or from the attached duplex. All apts. are oceanfront and completely furnished - most with selected antiques. The house may be opened up to provide one very large home as one unit or left separate (3) to use as family compound. Duplex has access to main house as well for more family or friends. Oceanfront views from each apt., each with their own private patio. Easy walk to Old Orchard Beach Pier action (but far enough away to be quiet!). Read or walk the 7 miles of sandy beach right out our gate. Enjoy the less busy Springtime or the leaves changing in the Fall. Private fenced in yard for little ones, badminton, picnicking or grilling. Please call for more information.

Barb is such a sincere acommadating host, I felt as if I met a relative when I met her. We felt very safe and shielded from the hub bub of the pier yet walked a few blocks and found all the restaurants and excitement we needed. The ocean is barely a few steps and you hear it all night and by day. You really do see the ocean from all the windows unobstructed. Eating breakfest in the sunny kitchen overlooking the ocean was my favorite.
I am normally go go go but the place was so comfy I dragged my feet and just hung out with my kids. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make meals in, the fridge new and clean and the place was clean.
I would definetly stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

It was a great vacation. I had Female cousin's and their children visit me and my husband joined me at the end of the week. We all totally enjoyed ourselves and relaxed also.It was nicely located. Clean and well equiped.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: We're always so pleased to hear of another happy experience. And grateful that our guests take the time to do these reviews. These folks have already booked for next year and now a cousin is also taking the following week.
