This beautiful home is in a prime location in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood and is the perfect place to experience everything the gulf has to offer. Spend mornings sipping coffee on the incredible porches before riding a bike into Gulf Place for breakfast. It will be a short walk to the beach from there to enjoy the silky white sands of 30A and get some sun, as well as the community pool.

The beautiful home features three bedrooms and two and a half baths allowing everyone to have plenty of space. There is a bunk room which features 1 full over full bunk bed and a flat screen. This could be the perfect room for the kids or adults alike! The master suite features a king-sized bed and plenty of open space to feel like a true retreat. Additionally, the home features another queen bedroom.

As you make your way upstairs to the living room, you will find it features plenty of seating with two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) and two comfy chairs. There is also a large flat screen for your viewing pleasure to watch the big game. If unplugged evenings are more your speed, enjoy a good book or board games with the family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, perfect for preparing a family meal and eating al fresco on the incredible porches. The second level of the home features a wraparound porch with 2 sitting areas with an outdoor sectional, Adirondack chairs and a daybed swing! It’s the perfect place to kick back and relax after a fun-filled day at the beach and read a book! There is also an upper deck, which features amazing panoramic views of 30A and the gulf. Imagine watching the sun rise and set or just seeing the sights from this great vantage point. The home also features a grill if you are prepared to get your barbecue on!

Having a location so close to Gulf Place allows for endless opportunity. There are many great restaurants in close range such as Shunk Gulley and Sunrise Coffee Shop. The new Publix grocery store is 3 miles away on Highway 98 making running errands and shopping convenient. The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, an 18-hole semi-private course, is within a half mile from the house. It is the only course in the Destin area with two holes backing up to the Gulf of Mexico. The club was named the 'Readers’ Choice' award by Florida Golf Magazine. You are also close to the awesome community pool and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
