The Cottage also has a fitted kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The enclosed patio that overlooks the stunning Esk Valley to the rear of the cottage is perfect to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. The village of Lealholm has many amenities and walks which means that there is so much to see and do within this area at any time of the year.
The lovely village of Lealholm is situated in the centre of the stunning Esk Valley within the magnificent North York Moors National Park. Lealholm has many amenities such as a shop, pub, tearooms, restaurants, bakery and Post Office. There are also many walks from the village, but watch out for the sheep that wander freely through the village and along the banks of the river! The wonderful port of Whitby is only nine miles away with the main attraction being the Whitby Abbey which can be reached by its 199 steps. The town also has boasts sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. Lealholm is a fabulous base to explore the North York Moors National Park, the delights of Whitby and the fishing villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay.
