Delightful guest cottage w/working fireplace on 18 acres of private, wooded shore front. Beautiful waterfront views. There are two bedrooms, one w/queen bed & other w/2 twin beds. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, electric stove/oven, coffeemaker, & toaster. Cooking & dining utensils, TV-VCR, telephone, picnic table w/benches & sm/charcoal BBQ & lobster pot included.

Marina and kayak rentals nearby. Swimming off old stone pier with large sandy top or from a safe weathered rocky point on a cove accessed by stairs. A unique and peaceful location. Excellent area for walking, jogging, bird watching, fishing, boating, or just enjoying a natural environment. There are music and theater productions, cinemas, farmers' markets, museums, art galleries, an antique shops at nearby Cook's Corner, Bath or Brunswick. Portland is a 45-minute drive, and Freeport with its many outlet stores is even closer. Beautiful Popham and Reid State Park beaches are in this area which is ideally situated for day trips up the coast or inland.

"The cottage felt like home right away! Our family had an amazing time here. Maine is very special to us and we we're really glad to be able to spend a week here in this sweet little cottage. We are all very sad to be leaving and hope to return again soon. Thank you."
