Home with high end finish levels in beaver creek. One of the closest ski in / ski out properties in all of beaver creek. Imagine putting on your boots on the back deck, grabbing your equipment from the exterior ski closet then going only 30 yards to get on the chair. Even better at the end of the day.

Newly updated furnishings, with a lovely mountain setting to enjoy. It doesn't get any better! Set up for a large family or a group of friends. Owned, rented & operated by doug & linda manner - no third party management company - ever!!!

Ski rental, lift ticket sales, and espresso hut on premises.

Beaver creek ski resort area is renowned for it's varied terrain perfection in grooming, large snow falls, ski and snowboard schools. The ice skating rink is located in the center of the village. Disco skate night is on Monday and Saturdays. Snowmobiling is available, as well as sleigh rides and sledding. You can even go dog sledding or hot air ballooning! You can also ski with a ranger on a 45 minute ski tour. Twilight snowshoe tours are available from the Nordic sport center. Don't forget rail jam in front of mccoy's. You can travel to east vale to enjoy ice climbing. The beaver creek family challenge is lots of fun. Each team races throughout the village and must perform crazy physical and mental challenges. The chrystal grotto is new this winter. Guests will experience a performing arts center created from ice and containing instruments carefully hand-crafted from ice. Don't forget the spa! The beaver creek ski & snowboarding school is open daily from 8-4:30. Adult ski school offers group and private lessons. The lift ticket office is open from 8:30-4:30. Cross country skiing is available from strawberry park chairlift at mccoy park.

Summer in beaver creek and the vail valley is an amazing place! You can explore golf, biking, hiking, scenic chair lift rides, bowling, beaver creek rodeo series, farmers' markets, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, tennis, concerts, rafting & kayaking, hummer & jeep tours, biplane rides, and colorado ski museum. Children's activities include beaver creek kids camp, discovery camp, adventure camp, 5 star camp, beaver creek children's museum, beaver creek children's theatre, ice skating, beaver creek stables, bungee trampoline & climbing wall, family movie night, day care, miniature golf and playgrounds. The game garage is located next to the dusty boot restaurant - it's a video game arcade and game room for kids ages 10-17.

There are several golf courses scattered throughout the beaver creek, vail and surrounding areas.

Why owner/property manager chose Beaver Creek

We love this location - both winter and summer, it makes a perfect get-away!!! We live in Texas, so the summers are pretty hot. Going to Beaver Creek in the summer is like a dream come true! It's perfect - pretty warm during the day, but cool in the mornings and evenings. Obviously, in the winter, it's the perfect location, since you are so close to the lifts. However, you are also soooo close to everything else. Edwards is 6 minutes away, Avon - only 4 minutes away and Vail is only about 14 minutes away. Amazing restaurants, cute little shops, and there are so many activies to take part in all year round! I hope you enjoy our oasis as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

Some of the events that take place in the area are as follows: January typically brings the Tallons Challenge, and the Master Chef Challenge sponsored by Bon Appetit. April offers the Vail Film Festival, events have spread throughout the Beaver Creek area. In the month of May, is the Blues, Brews & BBQ festival. June brings the Suzuki Institute for 2 weeks. July 4th offers a celebration with lots of activies. The Rocky Mountain Antique Festival and the Annual Beaver Creek Arts Festival are both in July. August offers the Wine & Spirits Festival, the Vertical Ascent Race and the Trans Rockies Run. September brings Oktoberfest and the Oktoberfest Shuffle. Throughout the winter months, you'll find the Beaver Creek Race Series and the Crystal Gtotto. Beaver Creek Rodeo takes place weekly every Thursday during the summer. You'll also find various culinary demonstrations, concerts, symphony performances, opera and theater throughout the year.

AMAZING AMAZING BEAVER CREEK, CO CONDO

I have trepidation writing this review for this Beaver Creek condo for the following reason: it was SOOOO awesome that i don't want anyone else to know about it. I want to be able to rent it when i want to rent it instead of enticing someone else to do the same. But alas, i cannot keep quiet because frankly, it was that awesome.

The condo was awesome, gorgeous and extremely organized. Decor was cozy eclectic (i loved the purple ducks) and the fire place comfy. The chairlift was a snowball throw away. Speaking about snowballs, the condo even had 2 plastic snowball makers. The pool and hot tubs great. I loved the way the equipment lockers room's door opens when you walk by, boy did that make me lazy. However i coud'nt be lazy for long, because the work out room was right across the hallway. Lastly the ticket office was located within the condo building which was once again awesome !!! Am i getting paid for this review ? No, I am only being honest because it was that good. Happy Skiing in Beaver Creek. p.s. The owners were also great to work with and happy to answer any questions.

Amazing location & condo!

We stayed in this condo during our 2013 Spring Break vacation with the kids (March 28 - April 3). The location is right outside of the lift, which was wonderful! It is a TRUE ski in, ski out property. The condo is beautifully kept and equipped with all the items you would need to make it a home for a week. The shuttle bus was very convenient as well. BC Landing is the last pick up before going to the village, and the first drop off coming back from the village. The owners were available to speak to us concerning any questions we had. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again. Thank you!

this was a wonderful introduction to Colorado skiing. The condo is in a great location, making access to the ski fields, Avon, and Beaver Creek village very easy. The condo itself was just lovely and very homely. It was equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful stay, and had little extras which made it so special. The owners of this property clearly take pride in this place, and were a pleasure to deal with. Should we be fortunate enough to make it back to Beaver Creek, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, ski-in access, updated decor, clean and additional services in the complex

We utilized this condo post Christmas 2011 and into early 2012. We found the location to be fantastic with access to a chair lift right outside, the furninshings were updated and nicely accented. Both the condo and the building complex were clean with additional services available such as an outdoor fireplace, outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, bus service to town, ski locker and fitness room etc. I would definitely use this condo and the complex again. It also had great panoramic views of the surrounding area from the jacuzzi or fireplace which on one hand you could look towards the mountain watching all the skiers or look the opposite direction and see across the river and open expanse. There was also a walking/jogging trail just outside the complex.

AMAZING!!!!

We booked this condo via vrbo while we were staying in Vail. We wanted to stay in Colorado longer and this was the first time we ever used vrbo. We could not be happier!!! This condo was the easiest thing we have ever booked! Doug and Linda were amazing and their place is PERFECT! I could not say enough about this place. We have 4 young kids and they loved staying here. The beds were comfortable, the technology ... up to date, convenient, great pool, great lobby with games, amazing workout facility, shuttle service, location was perfect, and we felt like we owned the place for three days. I cannot imagine how great this place would be in the winter! You cannot get any closer to the lift. We saw wildlife every morning, made amazing meals, and truly enjoyed every minute while we stayed there.
