Water views through tree tops, designed for easy living with 1300 sq ft of porch and decks, irrigated landscape with large front lawn. Upside down layout: 1st Floor: 64 ft front porch (2 sets of wicker & porch swing) foyer, gorgeous/comfortable media room (37 inch TV/DVD), 3 bedrooms, master suite w/shower, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 2 full baths, laundry room leading to deck w/2 large O/D showers w/changing rooms. 2nd Floor: Open kitchen/dining/living room, powder room, french doors to home office (high speed Internet, 27 inch TV/DVD), master bedroom suite with stone tiled bath and jacuzzi. French doors to 48 ft mahogany deck designed for dining/entertaining..built-in gas grill, 8 ft dining table & benches, red cedar glider, and steamer chaises. From kitchen/dining/living and deck no other homes in sight - only tree tops, ocean and stars with the sound of the surf and a constant breeze...heaven!

The house is great with beautiful landscaping and a well appointed kitchen. It is convienent to the everything. We have been going to Nantucket for many years and plan to come back to "Lost at Sea".
