Our prices are 40% less than the hotel's itself and of the surrounding hotels'!

Other optional hotel services are: maid service (on additional charge), business center, 24-hour fax service, dry cleaning, concierge, complimentary indoor parking, laundromat, car wash and mini-market. A great time again

We love this place - fantastic views, privacy, come and go as you please, immediate access to beach, great value. This time only a weekend, but previously we stayed full weeks and used it as a touring base.

Good local restaurants from snack to very good local and international cuisine. Walk to supermarket and prepare your own food at 'home', too. We like to go to OSJ hotel next door - fantastic live music and dancing in lobby bar.

Taxi ride into center of Old San Juan, with taxis right at door. Great touring information and help from concierge in lobby of OSJ towers.

Property clean and well maintained - Chana gives very effective, reliable and friendly customer service, always important when booking by phone or email from a distance as we do.

Owner's Response: We had a fabulous vacation in Puerto Rico while staying in Chana's condo at the ESJ Towers. One of our guide books had the hotel next door listed as one of the best hotels in the Carribean so we guessed that the location would be exceptional and we were right. We travel a lot and this is maybe the best beach we have ever stayed at. We enjoyed the beach itself and the view from our condo enormously. We also appreciated the locked and gated parking garage that was also manned every time we entered or left the garage. Additionally, there is a grocery store that is a short walk from the condo that we really utilized. We would definitely consider staying here again! Denise, Mike, and Lexi
