Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 10)

Our three level townhouse is located in the beautiful SanDestin Resort. This luxurious 4 bedroom and 4 bath townhouse is nestled in a quiet residential area on the 18th tee with magnificent views of the Bay from the screened in porch off the main living area and the balcony off the master bedroom. A fifth bedroom is perfect for a child's sleeping quarters with two bunk beds. All other bedrooms have deluxe queen size beds.

Enjoy the newly renovated townhouse that is a private residence and not a typical furnished rental property. It has a 'cozy home feeling.' Our townhouse is a smoke free luxurious unit.

Our unit is not beachside, but bayside. Access to beach and parking are included with a parking pass that allows you to drive across the property to the beach parking area and walking deck leading to the beach.

Our unit is avaialble to rent on a WEEKLY BASIS and is not available for overnight rental.

Payment is to be made via check. $500 non refundable deposit via check is required to book and confirm dates. Balance is to be paid via check 10 days prior to arrival. A rental agreement is required to be signed and sent back with deposit check.
Fees And Taxes	Taxes and cleaning fees to prepare unit ARE INCLUDED in the nightly rental rate based on 7 night stay. Shorter stays, if approved, will have a flat fee of $150 to clean and prepare the unit.
