Luxury beachfront private home duplex with a 26' balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This is a resort area but we have much privacy and safety. Museums, golf, tennis, theaters, shopping, deep sea fishing, gambling boats, excellent restaurants all within 2-10 minutes drive. Disney is 90 minutes away. Tampa airport is 30 minutes. Your living area is 10 feet above the sand. If you don't feel like taking the stairs, use the elevator to take you to your door. You have 2 covered parking areas near the garden walkway. We are well equipped for families. There is a beach trolley that goes along the beach.

Our place: We are happy to welcome you to our home. The first floor, which is yours, has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a guest suite, which is not rented separately, that has 2 bedrooms and one bath. It is perfect for a large family or two families that want to share the unit or just a single family that prefers the Gulf front.

Your living area: Your floor is 10 feet above the sand. If you don't feel like taking the stairs, use the elevator to take you to your door. You have 2 covered parking spaces near the garden walkway. The white sandy beach is just steps away from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

About the area: This is a resort area, but we have plenty of privacy and safety. Museums, theaters, shopping, libraries, deep sea fishing, fishing in front of our home, gambling boats, and golf are some of the local area features. Other area attractions include: excellent restaurants all between 2- 30 minutes away, Disney is 90 minutes away, Busch Gardens and Lowery Park Zoo are around 40 minutes away. Also, the beach trolley runs every 20-30 minutes from Sand Key to Pass-A-Grill.

Other Activities: gambling cruises, seabird sanctuary, deep sea fishing, jet-skiing, miniature golf

Absolute Memorable Vacation!!!

This ocean front home is better than advertised. Ed and Anita were very helpful and friendly. The home was immaculate, the view was incredible, the memories will last forever. Our family of seven couldn't have dreamed of a better vacation. We had plans to visit some of the major attractions during our stay, but after arriving, the home and ocean were the best attraction of all. You literally do not want to leave. We loved this vacation so much we want to make it a yearly event. If you want a vacation filled with spectacular views, total relaxation, and memories to last a lifetime, this is the place. A special thanks to Ed and Anita for allowing us to enjoy your home and create vacations memories we will never forget.

Good place for large family

Family of 8 from Canada had a wonderful time in Ed and Anita's beach house. Everything you could want and more is included in the rental, just bring your clothes. House was immaculate, warm and cozy. Ed and Anita were so friendly and accommodating. We loved walking out the door to the beach. Everything was easily accessible and the seafood restaurant (suggested by Ed and Anita) was all and more than expected. We would highly recommment this beach house to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation.

This beachfront home is amazing! I could not have dreamed for better ocean views, and only steps from the waters edge! Our family enjoyed our vacation so much that we want to return to this home next year! Everything you will need is at the home...dishes, cookware, coffee maker, soap for dishwasher and washer, several different chairs for the beach, beach towels, towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, a grill, all types of beach toys and more! Also, there is all kinds of restaurants and attractions within minutes of this home. I would higly recommend this property to everyone! This property was spotless and the owners were very helpful and provided excellent service to us. Thanks so much to you both! This will be one of our family's most enjoyable vacations I am sure!

The best of the best!

We can't say enough about our vacation in this home. Anita and Ed are so hospitable, they have provided all the linens, beach towels, easy-up tents, games, water tubes, even a good supply of large beach hats, everything you need except your clothes and food. The elevator was great to have for all the luggage and then the grocery bags. Parking was great under the house, kept our car from getting extremely hot and it was next to the elevator! The king size bed in the master was more comfortable than my own bed at home! I think its the first vacation I didn't wake up with an aching back! Nothing cheap here! They furnished this unit like they were going to live in it themselves! The only thing we hated was leaving!
