The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, screened-in lanai, master bathroom, telephone, and color TV with remote. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a complete bathroom adjacent. The large living room has seating for six, a sleeper sofa, 27-inch color TV, VCR, and stereo system. The adjacent dining room opens into the large lanai (screened-in porch) through a huge sliding door. All-electric kitchen is fully equipped with range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. This Sanibel Island unit contains all dishes, utensils, cookware, bath towels, linens, umbrella, and six beach chairs/loungers. A laundry facility is adjacent to the pool house. Other amenities include a screened-in heated pool, sundeck, tennis courts, canal boat docks, and miles of natural, white beach.

Unit H7 of Sanibel Arms West is a great place to stay. The condo is large, clean, well maintained and a smart design for families. The facility is also very well kept, with a beautiful beach, a large warm swimming pool and helpful and friendly staff.

My family and I have nothing but good things to say about Sanibel Island, Sanibel Arms West and Unit H7.

My girlfriend and I stayed at your condo for the last week in October. The island, weather, and your condo were beautiful! We stayed in this unit twice in 2004, and found it to be the best value for accomodations on the island. We've been visiting Sanibel since 1989, and found this rental, location, and amenities to be perfect for our vacation.
