Master Ensuites:
There are four bedrooms in all, two queen size master suites and two twin bedded rooms all beautifully furnished with sumptuous pillow top beds.
The first master suite is at the rear of the house with patio doors opening onto the pool deck and windows overlooking the pool and golf course beyond. There’s a walk in wardrobe, cable TV, clock radio and telephone with jack for Internet connection. The en-suite has a large walk in shower, vanity sink and toilet, there’s also a door opening onto the pool deck, ideal for showing off after a swim. The second master suite, furnished in the same style as the first master suite, overlooks the front of the property and has huge built in wardrobes, cable TV and clock radio. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, vanity sink, toilet and medicine cabinet.
Twin Rooms:
The two twin bedded rooms and third bathroom are situated between the two master suites, both the bedrooms are furnished with the same beautiful furniture with large built in wardrobes and of course have those comfy pillow top beds. The third bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, vanity sink, toilet, and medicine cabinet and as with all the other bathrooms has huge illuminated dressing room style mirrors..
Laundry Room.:
The laundry room is located at the rear of the double garage, there is direct access from the kitchen area and has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes drying racks.
Golf:
If you fancy a round of golf but don’t want the bother of carrying clubs with you, borrow ours; we keep a set in the garage ready for your use.
Southern Dunes is a beautifully maintained gated golf course community. The entrance gatehouse is manned 24 hours a day. There is a clubhouse with restaurant and bar open too the public, serving breakfast and lunch, there is also a pro golf shop. Other on site facilities include tennis courts, basket ball courts, games room, gym, library, children’s play area and community pools, there’s even a fishing lake, all free for you to enjoy.
Just outside the community gates you’ll find everything you need to make your stay complete, there’s a 24 hour Wal-Mart Super centre, pharmacy.
