The equivalent of three hotel rooms in a house, for less than the cost of one nearby hotel room. For three couples, each has the privacy of their own master bedroom, and also the luxury of a large living area, looking out on golf course, mountains, ocean and waterfalls, to share with family or friends. For extended families, the house accommodates up to about ten. A large living area is just up the stairs, which wind around a lush tropical atrium. 3100 sq ft under roof. Upstairs, enjoy panoramic views of ocean, fairways, mountains and waterfalls. Walk out on one of two lanais, and enjoy fresh tropical evenings as the sun sets behind Bali Hai across the bay. You will have use of Sunset Drive Community Association Recreation Center across the street. This excellent facility includes a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis court. Guests say: 'It's a beautiful thing when a place lives up to its billing' (The Nickels, Denver, Colorado).

Private pool and tennis court across the street. Games. Two shelves of paperbacks for the 'lie on the couch and read' day. Crib if you need it. Ceiling fans in each room. Double sinks in each bathroom. Walk-in closets in two of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi service available. Resort rates on golf.

Ownership: You will be dealing with the owners, not a management company. The house is owned jointly between Hank Drayton, a retired Navy Captain, and his son and daughter-in-law Rick and Debra Drayton, who live in Princeville. Rick and Debra keep the house beautiful, and Hank and Gloria keep it full!

Enjoyed playing the Prince and Makai courses. Sushiblue is our favorite restaurant. Beached it at Tunnels, Kalihiwai and Anini beaches. Made almost daily use of Princeville Spa. Our tip is to negotiate the golf $$ at the Makai/Prince courses. Comment #3: Hale Kipa is truly a prize vacation home. The vista and ideal design make living here a joy! Thank you for the well-equipped kitchen and most comfortable furnishings. We don’t want to Leave!

We certainly appreciated the use of your lovely home in Kauai. We plan a yearly trip with my sister and her family, and this one was our best yet. The comfort and convenience of Hale Kipa made our trip very special.

The kids loved Hideaways Beach and the pool. The parents loved the beauty and ambience of Kauai and Princeville in particular.

Thanks for making this a trip of a lifetime.

Very enjoyable 2-week stay! The golf course setting (and nice big yard) is beautiful and there is so much to do in the Princeville/Hanalei area. Highlights were Ke'e Beach, Backdoor Beach and Queen's Bath. And going for evening walks to Lappert's Ice Cream. Great accomodations for our large group (3 families & 11 people). The downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable and pleasant.

The most comfortable home we have ever stayed at for a vacation. Great living area upstairs with 360 degree views. Great location. close to great beaches and hiking, plus golf.

We had 2 couples from Norway coming to Hawaii with us this year. We found your house on the internet, and it looked like the perfect solution for us. We could not have been more correct!
