Photos and Description of the Durango vacation cabin rental 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Sleeps 8

Riverside cabin on the infamous Florida River. Located 15 mins east of Durango on Hwy 240, this awesome cabin sits on the rivers edge. You can actually fish from the deck. 2 bed 2 bath and sleeps 8. Master Bedroom has a King size custom Aspen wood bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin trundle. The sofa bed downstairs folds out to a double. There is also a loft upstairs for extra kid sleeping. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Family room has wood burning fireplace, Directv, DVD, stereo and wireless internet connection. Full size washer and dryer in laundry room with detergent supplied. Gas BBQ on the deck. Plenty of parking for RV's and toy trailers.

This condo is excellent! In our opinion, it is one of the best units on the mountain - it is on the end facing the mountain, so there is a wonderful private deck. All the mountain activities (we stayed in the summer) are in view from the deck, so the kids were able to come and go throughout the day since we could watch them from the condo. Awesome hot tub! Bunk beds were convenient and comfortable, as is the master suite. Beautiful furniture, as well. Lorie is great! We will definitely be back!

Although we have come to Durango for years, this was our first stay on the mountain. The experience was Great. The condo was well furnished and comfortable, with many special touches such as a selection of games and DVDs to enjoy while there. Everyone loved skiing hard all day, then dropping onto the hot tub for a soak before dinner. We had a wonderful time, and Laurie could not have been more helpful or responsive.

Our family was blessed with the opportunity to stay in this Condo! Excellent location and great furnishings. Take the elevator down to the slopes. Hot Tub chemical level checked every other day by Ned. The owner is super!
