This Colorado condo vacation rental is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit with fantastic slope side views! It is a true 'ski in, ski out' unit, only 30 steps to the lift. Our condo is fully equipped for a comfortable, carefree vacation. The unit has been freshly painted and has all new furniture and linens. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, full bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double set of bunkbeds with a shower in the bathroom. On the private deck, there is a barbeque and large jacuzzi that overlooks the ski slopes/lifts. Enjoy a hot beverage after a great day of skiing, relaxing in your own private hot tub!

Our condo is located at the base of Purgatory ski area (Durango Mountain Resort), and easy 30 minute drive north of Durango, Colorado on US 550. The famous historic mining town of Silverton in 20 miles north of Purgatory. The resort is home to many year-round activities for the whole family. The crowning feature of Purgatory is the dry Rocky Mountain powder snow. The average is a whopping 260 inches. (6.6 meters per year!) From Thanksgiving to Easter, 11 lifts service beginner to expert skiers and snowboarders. A 16 km groomed cross-country track is nearby: and thousands of acres of open cross country terrain is just ten miles away. Spring and Summer are the ideal time to see wildflowers in the high mountain meadows. Enjoy hiking, scenic chair lift rides, the alpine slide, 'Music in the Mountains' concert series, and many special events. Don't miss the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge Steam Train, the Mesa Verde National Monument, rodeos, barbecues, and rafting on the Animas river.

This condo is excellent! In our opinion, it is one of the best units on the mountain - it is on the end facing the mountain, so there is a wonderful private deck. All the mountain activities (we stayed in the summer) are in view from the deck, so the kids were able to come and go throughout the day since we could watch them from the condo. Awesome hot tub! Bunk beds were convenient and comfortable, as is the master suite. Beautiful furniture, as well. Lorie is great! We will definitely be back!

Although we have come to Durango for years, this was our first stay on the mountain. The experience was Great. The condo was well furnished and comfortable, with many special touches such as a selection of games and DVDs to enjoy while there. Everyone loved skiing hard all day, then dropping onto the hot tub for a soak before dinner. We had a wonderful time, and Laurie could not have been more helpful or responsive.

Our family was blessed with the opportunity to stay in this Condo! Excellent location and great furnishings. Take the elevator down to the slopes. Hot Tub chemical level checked every other day by Ned. The owner is super!

We loved the condo it was great being within walking distance to the lift lines.
