Forest Ridge is where you'll find this very clean and comfortable ground level condo at the top of the hill. You'll have everything you need for a much needed getaway and it's spacious enough for two families to enjoy! The master bedroom has its own full private bath with color/cable TV and a sliding door to the deck. A second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The open-concept living area (fully equiped and applianced kitchen, dining area and living room with a gas fireplace) have a sliding door to the deck with great view. Just a few steps away from the million dollar clubhouse, with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, meeting area.

Close to many family activities including Whales Tales Water Park, Santa's Village, StoryLand, Clark's Bear Shows, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, The Flume Gorge, and more. Outlet shopping in North Conway is a short drive along the scenic Kancamangus Highway or take a short drive south to the Tilton Outlets. The Lincoln/Woodstock area offers live theatre, a dinner train, and fine eateries and taverns, many with live music and dancing.

Surroundings: Forest Ridge is a quiet and peaceful community but convenient to Lincoln and Woodstock towns. It is surrounded by mountains and provides a wonderful setting for walking and hiking right from the door of our condo. A beautiful pond lies right outside the deck for great views in the morning and evening.
