Spectacular and breathtaking views, majestic and panoramic mountains, swaying palm trees, all amidst a guard-gated-community that is in close proximity to fabulous restaurants, shopping and more! Enjoy the new Riverwalk shops and restaurants 5 minutes from our villa. Our much desired lower level unit awaits you featuring a combination of desert and tropics. Our fully remodeled luxurious villa has the relaxing feel of the tropics with new Tommy Bahama furniture and the view of the prettiest hole at Desert Falls Country Club. Plantation shutters are adorned throughout. A beautiful armoire with a 32' TV and DVD and stereo system are there for your entertainment. Dining is a pleasure whether you choose to be inside or outside of your villa. Two master suites with king beds are also decorated in the tropical theme. The master suite has a new Tommy Bahama four poster bed and mattress with coordinating drawers and night stands. The master bath has two sinks, toilet and bathtub/shower. The guest bath has one sink and toilet and bathtub/shower. Both suites have TVs. Full laundry facility with washer and dryer are also located in your villa.

Desert Falls Clubhouse: 30,000 sq. ft clubhouse with exquisitely designed interiors and exceptional food and beverages with premier service and smiles. There are various themed dinners or parties and always open during the day for your enjoyment. Health/fitness and tennis: 9 tennis courts hard court lighted for night-play. Tennis pro shop is always open to help you with your tennis needs and scheduling. State-of-the-art health and fitness facility with 2 weight rooms, racquetball court and game room.

JUST RETURNED FROM THIS LOVELY CONDO--IT IS SO COMFORTABLE, LOCATION IN DESERT FALLS CC IS JUST PERFECT AND THE VIEW IS OUTSTANDING. ENJOYED THE DECOR--GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS FOR HOME--AND LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN!! THANKS, PATTI AND KEN
