Notes

Rental rates are for up to a 4 person occupancy, rates are subject to change so always ask owner for rate before booking. Add an additional US$12 for each additional person per night. A 25% deposit is required on booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Where a booking is requested 60 days or less before the client's arrival date, full payment must be made to secure the booking. If full payment is not made 60 days prior to the arrival of the client, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit paid. Deposits are non-refundable. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

Notes:

The villa sleeps 4, however a pull out sofa in the living room allows for an additional 2 people to be accommodated. All towels including beach towels and bed linens are provided.....just come along and bring your swim suit. For those longer stays, guests have access to the washer and dryer. For guests staying for 1 week or less the housekeeper will clean at the midpoint of the stay. For stays of over one week cleaning will occur about every three or four days. A gardener keeps the grounds clean.

Bliss house was the perfect getaway for my partner, 5 year old step daughter and I. We enjoyed the open house concept, and appreciated the security of the wrought iron gates that let air and light in but that made us feel as though we were living outside. The house is well lit and feels very safe. The pool was a dream for our daughter and we used it several times a day, it was so beautiful and refreshing. The bedrooms have excellent air conditioning so it is easy to manage a good mosquito-free sleep. The bedrooms are away from the road, so it is quiet. There are two bathrooms which makes it ideal for a family to manage showers etc. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped. There is a reliable washing machine and dryer. The villa is very clean and feels well maintained. We are so close to all the restaurants and grocery store in Sunset Crest - the location is ideal. We will definitely return! We had a ball!

We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend the Bliss Villa. Everything worked out as expected, location was perfect and Villa itself cozy, clean and fully equipped. Beautiful patio, garden and a pool area completed the experience of perfect vacation home. Special thanks to the owner for very helpful attitude in rental and payment related questions and wonderful maid Emerald.

We couldn't be more satisfied and if we have possibility to travel to Barbados again, the Bliss Villa would be definitely our choice. Thank you!

We return every March for a one-week stay. Been doing this since 2004. Just booked for this year too. Great value. It's located in a quiet safe residential neighbourhood in Holetown (a trendy west coast village) with a short walk to the beach, major grocery store, restaurants. Although there is lots to do, we mostly hang by the pool and grill fresh fish on the BBQ. Owner Jill is terrific, attentive service from the local property manager, and cleaning lady is very nice too. We've never had a problem that wasn't resolved immediately.

This works very well for us as these guests are telling their friends. Just to restate what David said BLiss VIlla is great value, fantastic location and a team who will be attentive to your needs to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. Great villa.
Having been to Barbados more than 20 times I have finally found somewhere, comfortable, private, clean, and well equipped. The villa is located on a quiet residential street in Sunset Crest, within walking distance of Holetown beaches, restaurants and shops. A large lounge area, great outdoor seating terrace and BBQ. Lovely pool.
We were greeted by Louis who was very pleasant and informal, and Emerald the maid, worked well without ever getting in our way.
Both bedrooms are a good size, 1 with en-siute, both with air-con.
The photos on this website really do not do the property justice. In reality the property is actually much larger than it looks and the driveway and pool area too.
The facilities were very good, well equipped, reliable internet wifi, CD player and ipod dock.

My only negative comment would be the noise of the neighbours dogs. There was constant barking from 2 different premises (4 different dogs) on the other side of the road which sadly disturbed sitting in the garden or swimming in the pool.

However, I loved everything else about the villa and am sure we will return.

Owner's Response: I really do appreciate guests writing reviews. So many guests tell me how wonderful the property is and are really impressed with the location but do not often take the time to write and post the review online.

As the guest stated the property is deceptive in that it is much bigger than it appears in the online photos and though not specifically mentioned by this guest the villa and pool are situated in wonderfully landscaped gardens.

We are frequently complemented on our villa manager regarding his willingness to take the time to provide information on things to do and places to go, restaurants to visit
and our housekeeper regarding the cleanliness of the villa and the ability to provide
Regarding the barking dogs, we are attempting to address this situation with the Sunset Crest Property Association and I am hopeful that I will be able to have this addressed in the near future

The warm reception we received from Louis the Manager set the scene for a one of the best vacations we have had in a long time.
We always stayed in Hotels but chose a Villa this time.Villa Bliss is just that.. blissful.This villa's size layout and decor was perfect, fitting the description.
Waking up to our own private pool and breakfast on the patio is holidaymakers heaven.
The villa is within walking distance to some of the best places to eat,shop and the beach....
The garden is beautiful, lots of Heliconias and Bourgainviia in bloom.
Really a great place to stay and be safe in Barbados as special attention is payed to security.
