Clean, comfortable with easy beach access

The unit is well maintained and very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is outfitted with everything and the rooms are spacious. Initially the stairs were a consideration lugging a weeks worth of necessities up two flights, but once the grandchildren arrived for a couple of days they were a blessing. Bedrooms are upstairs as is the balcony off the master bedroom suite with full bath affording a glimpse of the ocean in peace and quiet with the morning paper and coffee. Balconys have safety netting to keep youngsters safe and secure, ours were blowing bubbles for hours without worry! Another full bath serves the spare room and in addition the half bath downstairs was more than welcome. The pathway to the beach has matting placed so it was easy rolling our wagon with beachware to the surf. The outdoor pool with shower was well supervised and very pleasant when the surf was too rough to play in. The unit had beach tags and pool tags so we didn't need to purchase; and yes, we did get asked twice on the beach to show them! Our stay was very relaxing and the owner answered all of our questions prior to our stay and our deposit check was refunded almost immediatly upon our return home. Great place to relax and enjoy a week away. If you are looking to recharge the batteries, relax in peace and quiet this is the place. If wild times and partying is your thing you need to find someplace else!
