Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, charming shops, and cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Unlike the high-rise resort hotels and condominiums that tower over the middle and southern parts of South Florida, we are extremely boutique in character -- meaning: it is cozy, quaint, one-of-a-kind gems. First floor accommodations, walk out your door and you can fish, or dine overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway while viewing a majestic sunset from our private deck.
This is a one bedroom unit and will only accommodate a maximum of two to three adults or two adults and two children. Our cozy couch will sleep two people. We are geared more for couples looking for that well deserved romantic vacation getaway.

We are both retired and have been married for 31 years. We have tried to make it as homey and cozy for our personal use, and yours. We had planned to make this our retirement home but bought a farm instead. We now use the condo in the off season when it’s not rented..

My wife and I grew up in Miami and we both LOVE the ocean. Ever since we’ve been married we have been looking for waterfront property by the ocean, from Key West to Fort Lauderdale . One night friends took us for dinner on the Boardwalk. We couldn’t believe it, dinner right on the Ocean. Neither of us had ever been to Hollywood Beach even throw we both grew up in Miami only 20 miles away There was no question, we found our home away from home.
We chose the Waterways because of the location, and the beauty of it's architecture. We are a short walk to all the events, and far enough away for peace and quit when you want get away to our private deck overlooking the Intercostals waterways.
We love to get up early and watch the sun rise, then take a walk down the beach for breakfast at one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk.
My wife loves to go shopping at the nearby malls and then spend a few hours relaxing on the beach.
We are always sure to be home to watch the sunset from the deck with our favorite cocktail.
My husband and I stayed here for a “no kids” getaway and enjoyed every minute of it! The condo has just about everything you would need. It was clean, spacious, and soundproof to any outside noise. We used the Margaritaville blender daily to take to-go drinks to the beach and loved it. The condo is in a great central location to all of the restaurants and shops, with the beach being about a block away. The trolley stop is right down the road as well. You really do not need a car if you just plan on hanging around the Hollywood Beach area. We walked everywhere. We even walked to the QuarterDeck restaurant in Dania Beach and downtown to Young Circle on food truck night. Both places were a little bit of a hike, so comfy shoes are a must! Our favorite part was hanging out with the fun neighbors on the dock, enjoying cocktails and fishing at night. The dock was also wonderful for drinking our morning coffee as we watched the huge boats drive by. You really get the best of both worlds at this condo with the beach being so close and then still getting the water view on the dock when you want to get away from the crowds. The owners were very professional and easy to work with. They were very informative as to how to get into the condo and who to contact if there were any questions or concerns (which there weren’t any). I wouldn’t recommend the condo if you have small children because the street that you have to cross can get a little busy, which would make me nervous being a mother, but it is perfect for teenage children and adults. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this location and all of the friendly people that live at the dock! They are fun and know lots of places to eat or explore. It's really nice to be able to walk to the beach and all of the nearby restaurants/bars. Its also nice to have the free parking spot. Carl is great to work with and we were able to stay a few extra days. Our favorite part was relaxing on the dock and catching the sunset every night!
I absolutely love staying here!! I have stayed here 5 times now! My last stay was over Labor Day weekend. The location is great! I love waking up in the morning and sitting out on the dock and watching the boats go by. This is such a cozy condo with everything you need! Everyone around the complex is so friendly. Ever since my boyfriend and I have stayed here, we have fallen in love with Hollywood. The ocean is literally a minute away and there are so many restaurants and shops around you, you really do have everything you need just walks away! We love it here and we will keep coming back for the years to come!!! Thank you!
My friend and I stayed for a week, during Memorial Day 2014. It was a nice, quiet, place in a good location. The beach access is perfect, because on either side down the beach, there are major hotels, but we you access the beach at the condo, it is not as busy. The intercoastal deck made it perfect, eating breakfast or staying up late playing cards, and the people who live in the complex were very nice. I would definitely stay here again. But keep in mind, Hollywood, is a little on the funkier side than a strict tourist boardwalk area.
I would recommend people who have young children who aren't responsible around traffic might want to be careful. It is four lanes of traffic to cross to get to the beach with no crosswalk, and at certain times of the day can be quite busy.
The photographs are a little outdated on the listing, so some of the nicer decor is not there anymore, and the place was a little dusty, but the owner was very receptive to these concerns for the future. And the parking space is very small!, luckily the space next to ours wasn't being used for the week, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been, and we were in a compact car.
If you are looking for a great, nice, restaurant with a great view, especially at sunset, I recommend GG's Waterfront Grill, right down the street.
Overall great place, good to just pop in and out of while on vacation, or a nice, quiet place to relax and hang out during the day.
Looking for fun and action when your day is done, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Hollywood, the Gulfstream Park casino, or the casino ships, they will provide all the action you need 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All within a few miles of your condominium.
