Set in a private quiet location with wonderful mountain views, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. Two bathrooms, one with a large washer and dryer are on the first floor. A great room has an entire wall of windows that look out to the ski trails on Mt. Tecumseh. Cable TV, Wireless Internet access, FM stereo and DVD are included for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need for an enjoyable stay. Outside there are decks on the east and west sides of the house as well as a deck on the Mad River. The south side has a large yard with campfire pit and picnic table. A storage shed awaits your skis or bikes. A sports center with swimming, tennis, workout areas, etc., is available for your enjoyment. Great views, privacy, comfort and convenience ready for you to enjoy! Last minute specials available, call for details!

Waterville Valley is a four season resort surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest. Winter brings alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding and skating. Summer brings the refreshing mountain breezes and activities such as mountain and road biking, hiking on miles of trails in the renowned White Mountain National Forest, swimming in the local pond or sports center pools (indoor and outdoor), golf and tennis. Our house is conveniently located yet offers the privacy of a house in a wooded setting on the Mad River. It is an ideal location for a family vacation, winter, summer or fall. No need for a car once you are here as all activities are walkable or a free shuttle bus ride away.
