Large 2800 sq feet, three story house in Waterville Estates with second family room on the first level. An open floorplan with lots of windows makes the house bright and sunny. There are 5 cable TVs, a DVD player, and many other extras including 2 story granite fireplace, 4 person Jacuzzi, and large mudroom. There is a full bathroom on every floor. Additional pictures are available. Short walk to club house with 2 indoor and 1 outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, a small lake, tennis, basketball, horseshoes, a restaurant, bar, and lounge. This house is centrally located with a ten minute drive to Owl's Nest golf course, Waterville Valley, and summer resort activities. Fifteen minutes to Lincoln. Thirty minutes to Lake Winnipesaukee or White Mountains.

Great Ski Vacation

Had a great time at his home. It was good for a big family with three floors and 5 bedrooms. Almost too much space. Lots of amenities including club house which we used everyday. The only drawback is that it is about a 20 minute drive to Waterville Valley.

Great Vacation House

We stayed at this house twice, most recently on the Columbus Day Weekend and had a great time. The house is spacious and beautiful and is located within a short walking distance to the club house with two indoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a small lake.
The house is in a great condition and the owners, Martha and Rick, are very accommodating - we asked for a late checkout (6pm instead of 11am) and it was o.k. with them.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The property has a great layout both inside and out. Great back yard, which is rare in this community. The community center is definitely a big hit with the kids and the resturaunt poolside serves adult beverages too....good time. Only knock on this particular property was that we had our unfair share of ants and it was not super clean upon our arrival....floors not swept or vacuumed. Overall, it was a good time and we are considering it agina for next year.

We had a family get together and had a very good time. One of the girls wanted us to sell our home and buy this one...the home fit 11 of us, and plenty of room for the kids downstairs. Can't wait to rent this home again. The pools at the clubhouse were great too. This a great home. We were very comfortable. Can't wait to rent this home again.

This home was wonderful! Everything was immaculate inside the house and the clubhouse was great. There were no complaints from our 2 kids either. We loved the area and enjoyed the scenery. We were pleasantly surprised snd didn't want to leave!
