This townhouse style condominium is filled with the all the amenities of home including many extras that will keep you entertained. When you first walk in, the full kitchen is on your left and contains a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and stove. For your convenience, opposite of the kitchen is a washer and dryer. Walk down the hall and you will find the living room that has plush leather sectional with a sleeper and a recliner. The entertainment system is impressive consisting of a 27 inch cable TV, DVD/library, VCR/library, Play station with 9 games, and a surround sound stereo system. Newly added is FREE wireless Internet so you will not miss any important personal or office emails. Just bring your laptop! From the kitchen table you get the warmth of the wood stove and nature view of the rushing waterfall through the sliding glass door.

This property is close to the highway so that you could venture to Lake Winnipesaukee, Mount Washington, or Franconia Notch. Children love the unique NH attractions: The Polar Caves, The Lost River Gorge, The Basin, The Flume, StoryLand, and Clark's Trading Post. Stinson Lake offers swimming, fishing, and boating. Scenic drives, foliage watching, and visiting covered bridges are very popular activities in the area. There are stables that offer scenic trail rides and horseback riding. The Baker River is ideal for floating down on a raft or a canoe. Golfers will enjoy being 10 minutes away from the world-class Owl`s Nest golf course and 4 other nearby courses. The next town over, Rumney, is home to the best rock and ice climbing on the East Coast. Hikers will find beginner trails as well as 48 four thousand foot peaks to climb. Skiers can choose from 5 major ski resorts: Waterville, Loon, Cannon, Ragged, or Tenny.

Notes: The condominium is an end unit located on a dead end road for added privacy. You will be amazed how clear and bright the stars are at night when you are far away from city light pollution. One unique feature is the rushing mountain river with a waterfall right in the back yard. You can even swim in the river! The side yard has a picnic table with a spacious lawn, which is great for soccer, wiffle ball, and cookouts. This home is very clean and has every thing that you and your family will want or need. I get many positive comments about how this home has “everything” you could think of. It is always fully stocked with things that you need and don’t have to buy. For example: coffee, paper towels, sandwich baggies, paper plates, a cooler, tinfoil, potato masher, blender, carving knife, martini and margarita glasses, first aid kit, and aspirin to name a few items. My wife and I rented the condo from 9-20-07 to 10-4-07. We used it primarily as a base while we visited friends and relatives throughout Mass,NH, VT, ME and Quebec. We returned to the condo most nights. We found the condo to be perfect for our proposes and a home away from home for those two weeks. The location was good with easy access to interstate highways via I-93, the facilities were very comfortable and the price fair. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Our family thouroughly enjoyed our week long getaway. It was the perfect size for us. There was a nice area off to the side that the kids could play and build a snowman in all the new snow we received. Plowing and shoveling was one promplty after the snow. Having a washer and dryer was helpful to keep all the ski gear dry and ready for the next day's activities. We will definately be interested in visiting again.

This condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. We found it to be cozy, all the furniture was so comfortable and it was very clean. I loved that it had all the extras already there so you didn't have to bring so much. That was a bonus as a renter. The area was just breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sound of the water flowing outside our bedroom window. Many good memories were made here with our family. So glad we found you. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for thinking of everything and making it a home away from home.

My wife and I who live in a flat farmland, were off to spend our yearly escape to the mountains.This year we were at Joseph's excellent condo.We found a great setting in the woods with an exceptional stream and falls right behind.We used it as our touring centre and were very satisfied.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was great and in such a peaceful location, yet still convient to many things. Joseph has really went out of his way to make sure the condo has everything you need. I highly recommend it!
