Nice spot for a vacations

Spent the week at this cottage and loved it. Right on the water with a beautiful view. Great farmer and screened in porch. All the amenities that we needed. A few miles drive to Popham Beach and Sebasco Harbor Resort made this an excellent spot.
Although it's listed as sleeping 6, two of the beds are in a dark attic room, which I wouldn't recommend for children. It's perfect for a family of 3-4.
Cottage was relatively clean but did have an ant problem in the kitchen. Otherwise, aside from a few dust bunnies, the cottage was clean.
Given the location and amenities of this rental, we would definitely stay there again.
Owner's Response: Most of the kids we know love the attic as their own hideaway. They can draw and write on the walls and add to the messages from other kids. But it probably does work best for kids over 5 yo.
Rest assured we have fixed the ant problem. Thanks for letting us know.
By the way, I think this reviewer meant "farm kitchen."
